A high-rise condo at Toronto
The Eden Park 2 Condos, which rises to 13 storeys and has 4380 apartments, is located in the Bayview Avenue neighborhood, near to all Toronto‘s downtown center has to offer. The building was built by Times Group Corporation in 2013, and Leslie Street has been a popular option among condo buyers ever since.
Most impressive of all at 3504 Hurontario are the amenities, which include a 24-hour Concierge, a gym, indoor pool, and sauna, a terrace with barbecues, and an outdoor kids playground. The building also boasts a party room, guest suites, and visitor parking (unlimited daytime and 10 overnight passes per month for each home), making Eden Park 2 a great place to entertain friends and family.
Living on Bayview Avenue means you’ll have easy access to Toronto’s downtown center without having to live in the city’s most busy neighborhood. Residents are near to Square One Shopping Centre, Celebration Square, and the Living Arts Centre, but they may also enjoy strolling through the residential lanes of Bayview Avenue whenever they choose. On good days, Eden Park 2 inhabitants may be seen at Kariya Park, a green space not only named after, but also inspired by Mississauga’s sister city of Kariya, Japan.
The second phase of this beautifully planned and landscaped “galleria”-style development will rise on Highway 7, between Leslie and Bayview, within a community that is already a well-established home to over a thousand satisfied families, all of whom enjoy the multitude of amenities that surround it.
Because of the building’s central location, getting to and from 3504 Hurontario is a snap. Hurontario connects cars to important roads such as the 403, 401, and QEW, the latter two of which provide access to the city of Toronto. Those without vehicles, on the other hand, may take the 103 Hurontario Express, which runs between the Port Credit GO Station and Brampton’s Gateway Terminal, from right outside the facility. Residents can also get off the bus at the Cooksville GO Station and transfer to trains running along the Milton route.
Bayview Avenue houses include one, two, or three bedrooms and range in size from 550 to 2,000 square feet. Dens in certain suites can be imaginatively turned into nurseries, playrooms, home offices, or libraries.
Granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings, and hardwood flooring are common features in the building, and owing to the floor-to-ceiling windows that grace the residences at Eden Park, homeowners are offered spectacular views of downtown Toronto – especially those who live on the topmost levels.
