Living on Bayview Avenue means you’ll have easy access to Toronto’s downtown center without having to live in the city’s most busy neighborhood. Residents are near to Square One Shopping Centre, Celebration Square, and the Living Arts Centre, but they may also enjoy strolling through the residential lanes of Bayview Avenue whenever they choose. On good days, Eden Park 2 inhabitants may be seen at Kariya Park, a green space not only named after, but also inspired by Mississauga’s sister city of Kariya, Japan.

Transportation

The second phase of this beautifully planned and landscaped “galleria”-style development will rise on Highway 7, between Leslie and Bayview, within a community that is already a well-established home to over a thousand satisfied families, all of whom enjoy the multitude of amenities that surround it.

Because of the building’s central location, getting to and from 3504 Hurontario is a snap. Hurontario connects cars to important roads such as the 403, 401, and QEW, the latter two of which provide access to the city of Toronto. Those without vehicles, on the other hand, may take the 103 Hurontario Express, which runs between the Port Credit GO Station and Brampton’s Gateway Terminal, from right outside the facility. Residents can also get off the bus at the Cooksville GO Station and transfer to trains running along the Milton route.
