You will be glad to know that the community around Richmond Hill is highly cooperative and amiable. You won’t ever feel you are away from your land.

Transportation

Whether you use public transit or your own vehicle, commuting will never be an issue for Era residents. Subway stations including Don Mills, Vaughan Metropolitan Center, Finch Station, and Highway 407 are a small drive away from the condo. In addition to the subway, there are many transport interchanges including Red Maple / High Tech Rd transport hub which is just 1-minute away. If you prefer buses, you also have several bus stops near the condo to take you across anywhere in the city

Education

If education is your thing, you are exactly at the right place. No matter your stream of education, you will have a bunch of great options to choose from such as Brighton College, York University, and Tyndale University, etc. Similarly, there are many schools for kids and high schoolers right around the corner.

Outdoors

You can easily find dozens of serene parks, museums, and observatories within a few mile radius of the condo. If you are a parent, you can take your child to Kidstown Water Park or LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Or, simply go to Canada’s Wonderland, the amusement park everyone admires.
