Eve condo development by Amacon is the second phase of the three-part “Eden Park” project located at 3515 Kariya Dr in Mississauga that was built in 2009.

It has 276 houses spread out across 25 stories and is surrounded by a small podium. Eve and its sister towers, Eden Park and Elle, share a private walkway between Hurontario Street and Kariya Drive.

The building was designed by E.I. Richmond Architects Ltd., serves both families and single professionals, with units ranging in size from 500 to 1,300 square feet and comprising anywhere from one to three bedrooms plus a den.
