High-rise condo in Toronto

Express 2 Condos is an upcoming high-rise condo in Toronto, currently in the preconstruction phase by Malibu Investments, located at 10 Tippett Rd. The project is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2025.

This spectacular two-tower skyscraper will be 13 and 16 stories tall, rising over a shared 6-story podium with a total of 265 units. The podium will be U-shaped, with setbacks to allow for a landscaped courtyard on the building’s exterior. The floor plan has one to three bedrooms, varying in size from 928 to 1,284 square feet.

RAW Design, one of Toronto’s most creative architects, is the team in charge of designing this big project. While Figure3 will curate the inside design of each unit.

The Express 2 Condos is nestled in the Clanton Park neighborhood in Toronto and has a walk score of 50 out of 100, which indicates that some of the errands can be accomplished on foot.

The 10 Tippett Rd area is undergoing a complete revitalization effort to transform most of the unused land into flourishing urban communities. Around here, there are many restaurants, boutique shops, local cafes, and entertainment spots. Moreover, there will also be family-friendly amenities such as schools, transit hubs, and green areas.

Twenty-minute journey north on Highway 401 will take motorists to central Vaughan or Markham, west to the center of Mississauga, and east to the eastern end of Scarborough.
