The Express Condos in North York were developed by Malibu Investments, a developer reputed for developing larger than life structure. The new project is currently under construction at 4 Tippett Road in Wilson Heights. At the earliest, the project should be completed by the end of 2022.

A 16-story skyscraper will be built on the peninsula’s southernmost point (Tower A). Six-story central platform is part of a two-tower complex being planned on the north side of the personal road.
