Fletchers Meadows by Mattamy Homes

A single family home at Brampton

Brampton has a rich history of being a wonderful area to live and raise a family. It was and still is a different, alternative lifestyle to the bustling, costly, never-ending race of downtown Toronto. Fletchers Meadow has been an essential part of Brampton since Mattamy Homes began construction over ten years ago.

Fletchers Meadows in Brampton is an award-winning master-planned neighborhood. To give the neighborhood a more unique aspect, the residences are set back from the roadway at different distances. Designed with variety of external elevations and never allow two identical houses to be constructed next to each other.

With close GO rail and public transportation, near fantastic shopping, libraries, and recreational facilities, you’ll never be far from the best of Brampton.

In the Greater Toronto Area, Brampton is one of the most multicultural cities. Brampton City Hall, Garden Square, Gage Park, The Rose Performing Arts Centre, and the Peel Art Gallery Museum and Archives are all part of the city’s thriving downtown history district which you can visit and spend your weekends.

This Mattamy Community, which now houses over 4000 people, includes homes that are large in size, clever in design, and lavish in interior furnishings. With bigger windows and appealing front porches and porticos, which command a stronger presence on the street.

Residents may enjoy big interiors that are open and inviting, with natural light coming in through well-placed, oversized windows, and closets that are just where they need to be. As a result, the house immediately encourages contact with modern families.
