The St. Clair streetcar passes directly in front of the condo, and can take residents to St. Clair TTC Station in just 7 minutes. Once there, residents have access to the entire TTC subway network, and can get downtown in minutes. Transit will be getting even more convenient in a few years time. This line will have a stop at North Toronto Station in Summerhill, which is now being used as an LCBO, but may again act as a transit station in the historic building.
