The towns are conveniently located on Highway 400, so getting in and out of the city is a cinch. A direct route to Markham and important roads like the Don Valley Parkway and the 401 can be found east of town on Highway 404, which also provides access to Highway 404. Although driving is the most convenient method of getting about the city, the Newmarket GO transport station is just six minutes away.

Every residence will be equipped with flat panel doors with chrome lever handles in the bedrooms, washrooms and laundry as specified in the plan, smooth ceilings in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry as specified in the plan, 3″ square edge baseboard and 2″ door and window casing, 12″ x 12-inch ceramic floor tile in the ground floor hall and unfinished mechanical room in the live/work units, plank laminate or vinyl flooring throughout, with the exception of tiled areas as specified in the plan, stain finish red oak venetian.

It is anticipated that Glenway Urban Towns will have a mix of two and three-story houses, for a total of 193 new units. In addition to single detached homes, 87 single detached apartments on private roads, 96 townhouse units, and parkland blocks will be built on the site. The villages will have a combination of open-concept two- and three-bedroom floor designs that are both large and functional.
