A total of 68 2-storey stacked townhouses will be built as part of this project. Home sizes will vary from 975 to 1,375 square feet, with two bedrooms being the most common configuration.

There will be three stories of contemporary architecture in these houses, with the first level covered in grey stone, the second and third floors in red brick, and the fourth and fifth storeys in grey siding. Balconies will be found on the second level, while rooftop terraces will be found on the top floor, both with spectacular views of the city.
