Harhay Developments

Harhay Developments has been involved in design, development and construction since it was formed in 1989. For more than a quarter century the company has specialized in the development and construction of boutique residential and mixed use buildings in the downtown Toronto market.

With a small development team they hand pick only the best sites across downtown Toronto for their projects. They evaluate the sites not only from a development perspective but also for their livability. They believe that the neighbourhood is often the best amenity a condominium can enjoy and always keep our clients in mind when selecting a new location.

Recent projects

East Lofts
East Lofts contributes to the ongoing intensification of the King-Parliament Precinct, with a 14-storey building that blends retail, commercial and office space with one-and two-storey lofts, at the intersection of King and Princess Streets. East fits smoothly into the surrounding built fabric. A six-storey podium maintains the street wall and roofline of adjacent 19th century commercial buildings, with an expressive grid of windows and masonry piers that echoes the fenestration of the surrounding warehouses. Stepping back on floors seven through fourteen, a finer grained pattern of clear and spandrel glass takes over, relieved by projecting glazed balconies.

Theatre Park
Theatre Park is a spectacular tower of 47 storeys sprouting from the historic Theatre District of Toronto’s King Street West. The development features a 5200 Sq. Ft. floor plate and once in a lifetime panoramic views from all sides and all floors. The tower features a two-level bar/terrace and restaurant as well as 236 high-style luxury homes equipped and finished with the best design the world has to offer. Facilities include a 24-hour concierge, fully equipped fitness facility, event room with dining and living areas, as well as an outdoor pool and terrace overlooking south to Roy Thomson Hall.
