Highbury Gardens, a new townhouse and single-family home development by Stafford Homes, is cuurently in the preconstruction phase at Garden Street and Dundas Street East in Whitby. The project is set to be finished in 2023.

Each home will feature three to four bedrooms and will range in size from 1,714 to 2,145 square feet for towns, 1,881 square feet for back lane towns, and 2,098 to 2,262 square feet for single detached. There is also the option of constructing a basement in each unit, which will increase the home’s square footage.
