This 11-storey condominium component fronts onto Finch Avenue West. It rises to a height of 41.23 metres (135.2 ft), has 209 m² of retail, with residential uses above. Total gross ﬂoor area (GFA) is approximately 14,652 m². 192 condominium units are proposed, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedroom layouts.
3353-3359 Lakeshore BLVD West
This 60 unit purpose build rental building is aiming to incorporate green building design methods, such as: incorporation of solar panels, electric vehicle parking for all the spots, geothermal heating and cooling system and reusable water for irrigation and toilet flushing, to name a few. The building is fully complying with Toronto mid-rise design guideline.
2294-2300 Queensway Drive
Comprised of 25 three storey townhouse units, this project responds to a vigorous city requirements for this part of the City. Numerous revisions happened to achieve a development that not only would comply with the City’s visions, but also maintain the viability of the project for our client. The community meeting for this project was one of the most successful ones with satisfied neighbours.
