A High Rise Condo at Toronto

The correct firm is purchasing a small parcel of property at 120 Harbour Street and 10 York Street in the city core's growing Waterfront area, which hugs the shoreline. Tridel is fittingly called for the triangle location, and they've made a name for themselves in the city with a number of socially and ecologically responsible projects. Prospective purchasers can't wait for the Ten York Condos to go up since its site concept is both unique and endearing.

The distinctive concept of Wallman Architects was essential to the creation of Tridel's 120 Harbour and 10 York buildings. The 65-story structure, which is expected to be completed in 2019, includes sparkling glass cladding and spectacular platinum vertical fins, giving the Ten York Condos a premium modern yacht appearance.

Another reason this region is appealing, particularly to families and children, is the abundance of schools in the neighborhood. Many public and private schools are nearby, including Queen Alexandra Middle School, Sprucecourt Public School, and George Brown College, which is only 2 minutes away from the East Lofts condos.

Outdoor

Furthermore, for families who enjoy outdoor activities, the town is close to a number of attractive parks and leisure facilities, including Sculpture Gardens, Moss Park, and St. James Park. Those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life can enjoy a day at Cherry Beach, Tommy Thompson Park, or hiking the trails along the Don River.

Cherry Beach

Amenities

The East Lofts are divided into 129 Toronto lofts, just enough to provide tenants with a variety of sizes and exposures without overloading them with too many mates. These residences have a total of 12 stories, with some lofts spanning two levels. East Lofts is a glass, steel, and brick structure designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance. Singles and couples will be pleased with the cozier Toronto condominiums for sale, which start at around 400 square feet for a bachelor apartment. Those in need of a bit more space, on the other hand, will choose for the more luxurious houses, which stretch up to 1,928 square feet and have two bedrooms plus dens. As previously stated, the building's façade is dotted with huge panes of glass. And what this means for the interiors may be even more impressive: the residences at 138 Princess Street are flooded with natural light, and the panoramic views of the city will never grow old. Balconies or terraces also grace the residences, allowing inhabitants to spend time outside while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. Ceiling heights of up to 9 or 10 feet improve the situation even more by allowing the sun's beams to spotlight unusual elements such as concrete walls and exposed ducting. The polished hardwood flooring featured throughout the house, on the other hand, stand in stark contrast to these raw, loft-like features.
