The Chapman Design Group, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Donald Chapman with the motto, “Every home should have what we all have within us… individual character.” This five-person organization specializes in the architecture, remodelling, and interior design of magnificent residences in South Carolina and Georgia. Their residential projects total over 300 and range in size from 1,500 to 15,000 square feet. Whether the project is on a small lot or a large one, they take satisfaction in building houses that represent the customers’ goals, preferences, and budget while also expressing their individuality. Because of their success in creating private houses for customers, numerous relationships have been formed, allowing them to design a range of different sorts of projects, such as offices, hospitality, religious, multi-family, governmental, and adaptive reuse. They are happy that more than half of their projects have been completed for returning clientele.
