Intracorp grew out of founder Joe Houssian’s first business venture Intrawest, which was founded in 1976. Telford on the Walk

Telford on the Walk is Intracorp’s newest Metrotown community. Located directly adjacent to the Beresford Art walk, and less than a five minute walk from Metropolis at Metrotown and the Metrotown SkyTrain station. The neighbourhood provides a plethora of shopping and restaurant options as well as refreshing greenspaces.

Telford’s homes are made up of a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom plans ranging in size from 412 sqft to 1,225 sqft. The architectural design is inspired by the nearby art walk, an entryway art installation by Douglas Coupland makes the transition from the vibrant neighbourhood to your grand lobby seamless. Interiors have been carefully considered with function and style in mind. Each home has a spacious kitchen with an island and integrated dining style seating, as well as custom millwork closets in the bedrooms.

Maywood on the Park

Maywood On The Park is Intracorp’s newest Metrotown community. Located directly to the north of Maywood Park, and less than a five minute walk from Metropolis at Metrotown and the Metrotown SkyTrain station. The neighbourhood provides a plethora of shopping and restaurant options as well as refreshing greenspaces, such as Maywood Park.

Maywood’s architectural design is inspired by the neighbouring park, with green tinted glass and wood detailing making it an impressive, yet timeless addition to the area. Interiors have been carefully considered with function and style in mind.
