High Rise Condo in Toronto

The bold name given to the two buildings at 355 King Street West shows the ambitions of the site’s developers, the Greenland Group and the Easton Group. The King Blue Condos, open in 2018, provide luxurious homes in the already sophisticated King West neighborhood.

IBI Group Architects, restoration professionals, designed the King Blue Condos building. As a consequence, Canada now has the tallest historic façade. While the Westinghouse’s brickwork has been beautifully revitalized, the two towers of the King Blue Condos are fascinating beacons of creative design and engineering.

Highlights

Neighborhood

King Blue Condos in downtown Toronto is an appealing site that is presently being reconditioned in terms of business and sanitation by Greenpark Gorup and Eastons Group. The opening of the public plaza, as well as the addition of many additional retail establishments, restaurants, and historical sites, has drawn achievers like you to this pampered city. Downtown Toronto is one such place that is always buzzing with pleasure, creativity, and awe.

Transportation

Residents have excellent transportation options; two streetcar lines, the 504 King and 514 Cherry, pass right by their building. Residents may take either to the St. Andrew subway station on the Yonge-University-Spadina line, where they can transfer to the subway. In the unusual event that these streetcars are delayed, St. Andrew Station is only a ten-minute walk away.

Union Station is about a fifteen-minute walk or a short metro trip away. Residents may find GO Transit, which provides trains and buses to the city’s neighboring towns and suburbs; VIA Rail, which connects beautiful locations across Canada; and the Union-Pearson express, which takes tourists to the airport in about 25 minutes.

Education

Another reason this region is appealing, particularly to families and children, is the abundance of schools in the neighborhood. Many public and private institutions, including Ogden Junior Public School, OCAD University, and Contact Alternative School, are within walking distance of the condo.

Outdoor

One of the numerous cultural venues conveniently accessible to tenants of the King Blue Condos is the theatrical museum on the building’s podium. Just down the street is the TIFF Bell Lightbox, where cinephiles may see screenings of globally recognized art and experimental films. Alternatively, blockbuster lovers simply need to go up Peter Street to view all of the major films playing at the Scotiabank Cinemas on Richmond Street.

Amenities

The towers’ flowing stacks of wide balconies are reminiscent of classic designs — but considerably taller, at 44 and 48 stories, respectively. That visual design appears to be the result of King Blue Condos being a genuinely worldwide collaboration.

The structure provides wonderful amenities to the neighborhood. With its colorful vegetation and waterfalls, the ninth-floor rooftop patio is a fantastic location to meet. Studio Munge masterfully furnished the lounge, party area, and multimedia center in addition to the terrace.
