This is a high-rise mixed use development in Toronto. The Client of the project is Marwest & ARTIS. This is a 61-storey building with 450 mixed units. The project total GFA is 53,000 Sq. M., 17,000 Sq. M. is non residential and 36,000 Sq. M. is residential portion.

A major transformation is coming to Scarborough in the Golden Mile neighbourhood. Scarborough Centre Redevelopment will transform into a 15 new buildings mixed-use community that will increase employment opportunities and the local economy.
