A High Rise Condo at Toronto

Five lots will be occupied by this new condo complex, which will also include four two-storey townhouses. In Toronto, the company Broccolini has constructed the LeftBank Condos, a brand-new high-rise condominium. Regent Park’s 83 River Street, the northeast corner of River Street and Labatt Avenue immediately south of Dundas, is the site of this proposed pre-construction condominium complex.

The project will include a 28-story condominium tower on top of which will be a six-story podium with 384 apartments and 4 townhouses.
