In Toronto, the company Broccolini has constructed the LeftBank Condos, a brand-new high-rise condominium. Regent Park’s 83 River Street, the northeast corner of River Street and Labatt Avenue immediately south of Dundas, is the site of this proposed pre-construction condominium complex.
