Locust condominiums is their newest project currently under pre-construction in the Mount Dennis neighbourhood, located at 8 Locust St. near Weston Road and Eglinton Avenue, in Toronto.

Locust is a new 35-story high-rise condo in Toronto that is currently under development and designed by WZMH Architects for Trolleybus Urban Development Inc.

Locust Street Condos will be solely for residential use, with a total of 374 units ranging from one to three bedrooms which are well-suited for any lifestyle.

This 35-story high-rise will be built atop a varying-height elevated platform. The pedestal will be two stories high in the east and north, three stories high in the south, and three to four stories high in the west.

Investors may expect this development’s interiors and exteriors to be ultra-modern, with an all-white exterior bordered with white brick. This tower will be covered with massive, floor-to-ceiling windows with a bronze-metallic finish to provide dimension to the architectural concept. We can only assume that this construction will include sophisticated interiors to complement its façade.

Furthermore, there will be over 9,000 square feet of indoor amenity space on the podium’s second and third floors, as well as over 6000 square feet of outdoor facilities on the first and fourth floors. In addition, on the 37th story, there will be a rooftop terrace with views of the city. Lastly, the facility will have a three-level underground parking structure with 154 parking spots.
