M2M Condos Phase 2 is a part of the master planned community of M2M condos that will include 5 residential condo towers. M2M condos is the largest community development plan in North York. M2M Phase 2 Condos will be a high-density two tower development with 34 and 40 storeys high buildings. M2M Condos Phase 2 Total more than 800 residential units for both towers and units will be expected to have a mix of studio unit, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and three-bedroom townhome layouts for selection.
