M4 Condos is located at at Burnamthorpe Road and Confederation Parkway in downtown Mississauga. Residents will find abundance of restaurants, shops and big box stores close by and within walking distance from Square One which is one of the province’s largest shopping centre with over 360 retailer and services. Other than that, many recreation facilities and hospitals are close by such as Celebration Square, Hazel McCallion Library, Cooksville Library, Trillium Health Partners – Mississauga Hospital and The Credit Valley Hospital


The development has a good transportation. The stop of the MiWay bus routes serve within the city is just outside the condo. Nearby Erindale GO Station and Cooksville GO Station, allowing easy access to downtown Toronto. Also, quick access to the new planned  Hurontario LRT which will connect Mississauga all the way to Brampton. Additionally, the location is connecting to Highway 401, Highway 403 and QEW, to stay connect to downtown Toronto within 30-minute and major employment hubs.


Many schools close by the condos such as Hansen Secondary School, The Woodlands School – Secondary, Saint Phillips Elementary School, and Fairview Public School. Also, just short ride from Sheridan College and University of Toronto Mississauga campus.


M4 Condos is located at nearby many beautiful parks such as Cleary Park, Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Garden and Zonta Meadows.

M4 Condos will be a 67-storey building with 935 mixed units and 8-storey podium. The condos should provide retail space. Currently, we have less information about the M4 Condos development. But we are expecting the interiors also take on modern elements including open-concept layouts, modern kitchen cabinetry, designer inspired bathrooms and large balconies. Also, we are expecting modern finishes and features of the other phases in the M City. In addition, we expect this development will feature many incredible indoor and outdoor amenities.

Urban Capital started in 1996 and has come a long way since then. Since they started out with their 48-unit Camden Lofts development, they have delivered over 4,500 urban condominiums, with another 2,600 now under construction and several thousand in the pipeline, total over $3.7 billion in development. Rogers Real Estate Development Limited is owned by the Rogers family, but is managed separately from their telecommunications operations. They’ve owned the land M City Condos sits on since the 1960’s, and long-debated the best use for it. They have committed to providing residents of M City with high standards of pedestrian friendliness as well as easy access to transit. They have partnered with Urban Capital-an award-winning developer to share a vision for the growing area including iconic buildings, parkland and excellent transportation network.
