The province relies on its forestry, mining, fishing and tourism-as well as world-famous French fries. The town of Florence Ville-Bristol is often called the “fried capital of the world”. About 1/3 of the world’s frozen French fries are made there, and they even have a museum for people’s favorite potatoes, which is aptly named Potato World.
