Panda Markham Condos is a master planned community will include 5 luxury residential condo towers. Panda Markham Condos is located at 8200-8250 Warden Avenue in Markham. The condo is at downtown Markham which is convenient with lifestyle amenities surrounded. The condo has an excellent public transportation network. Residents of the condo can access to Unionville GO Train Station in 8-minute drive. Also, just short drive to Highway 7, Highway 407 and Highway 404 to connect to downtown Toronto and across GTA.  Nearby many local schools and recreation facilities. The condos also feature over 9,200 square feet of retail and commercial space is located in the base of two of the five towers. 1,851 parking spaces are planned to be provided.
