Park Place Condos, the next phase of one of Canada’s fastest-growing communities, have Hariri Pontarini Architects‘ signature curving style, with the podium veering inward to surround a courtyard on the west. The project has a distinct and noticeable modern expression on Vaughan’s skyline.

The total amenity space will be 27,437 square feet indoors and 21,033 square feet outside. Park Place Condos will have 10,000 square feet of usable space on the ground level.

Finally, the proposed development fronts immediately onto the 9-acre central park at the center of the SmartVMC master-planned community.
