Park Place Condos is the newest addition to SmartVMC, SmartCentres REIT’s 100-acre master-planned community in Vaughan’s new downtown centre.

This real estate project, which is now in the pre-construction phase, will be built on 1.7 acres of land and will have two towers with a total of 1,111 condo units. Park Place Condos is expected to be completed in 2027.

Its south tower will be 56 storeys tall, while the north tower will be 48 storeys tall and a three-story platform will link the two buildings. Park Place Condos was designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects

Units will be a combination of one, two, and three-bedroom configurations and will range in size from 470 to 1,100 square feet.
