Patton Design Studio

Patton Design Studio is a team of interior designers, technologists and support staff that have worked with developers and private residential clients for over 30 years. Bryon Patton and Associates Ltd has now evolved into its new incarnation as Patton Design Studio Inc. They continue to progress and grow, building on the strength and tradition of excellence which is their shared history. Their projects include prestigious high rise and low rise developments as well as private city and country residences.

They are not tied to a signature style. Diversity continues to challenge their creative interpretation to reflect their clients aspirations. They assess and interpret the tastes of their markets and clients and their objectives, then design to satisfy their requirements. Patton Design is creative, knowledgeable, talented, energetic and experienced. We work well collaboratively as part of a team with other consultants.

Recent projects

Savvy Condominiums
Savvy Condominiums at Cosmo by Menkes Developments is a new condo project at Glendora Avenue and Bales Avenue in Toronto. The project was completed since 2012. The project carries a total of 285 suites at 22 storeys.

The Allure Condos
The Allure Condos is located at north of Bloor Street in  Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood. The boutique building at 23 Glebe Road feels exclusive, thanks to its stature of only 10 storeys.

A Townhouse at Richmond Hill

Beautiful new townhouses in Richmond Hill's burgeoning west end will give the area a much-needed facelift. There is a new townhouse development in Richmond Hill called Richmond Hill Grace Towns, and it is being built by Grand Grace Development. 39 Jefferson Side Road, between Yonge Street and Jefferson Side Road, will be the site of the new pre-construction project.
