Pre construction condos scarborough. Talk about apartments. Because a new apartment project is about to enter the east core district of downtown Toronto, the PRIME Con apartment dos. This is not any ordinary apartment development, it is one of the best places to provide future growth potential.
PRIME Con innovative dos is the latest development of CentreCourt, located at 319 Jarvis Street. It will be built on the corner of Dundas and Jarvis, which means it is only a few steps away from Toronto’s iconic Yonge-Dundas Square.
The plan plans to build a 45-story tower, including 579 residential units, which will be available in a variety of sizes and layouts from studios to two-bedroom suites.
We had the privilege of sitting down with Jason Lam, vice president of sales and marketing at CentreCourt, about this exciting new apartment development.
The beauty is that you will see. Move the pendulum back to the apartment, where there is a lot of room for growth. The rental market is a good example. Many [real estate agents] told me that they said, “I have rented three, four, five, six condominiums to someone who has just landed in Toronto, a new immigrant who landed two weeks ago.” Once again, if you ask yourself, where else would those people go? If you don’t know anything about Toronto, or if you know very little, and you get off the plane, you know you don’t have to be exposed to Yitobi Valley or Wanjin City. Scarborough or Richmond Hill. You don’t know these sub-markets. You will see the Canadian National TV Tower. You will see where the job is. You will see where retail is. You will see where the lifestyle is. Most importantly, you will see where public transport is. That’s what you want to be fascinated with, just straighten out the direction, which is no different from tourism.
I see a big rebound in the market. I saw a lot of activities. I think as far as apartments are concerned, we have hit bottom in December, and in January, February and definitely March, you will see price appreciation and continued increase in transactions. It’s hard to predict, but I’m confident that the apartment market is just in its infancy.
