The greater Toronto area, Warville-Midon and Mississippa grew by 10% to 15%.
The average house price in November was 603000 yuan, up 13.8% from the same period last year. Excluding Greater Vancouver and Greater Toronto, the most active and expensive real estate market in the country, the national average house price is reduced by 122000 yuan.
