After the property’s assessed value soared from 373000 yuan in 2020 to 3.263 million yuan in 2021, HCG sold the property to another mysterious digital company in Lanli (BC1260177 Co., Ltd.) on January 28, 2021 at a market value of 58% (1.9 million yuan).
