111 Strachan Ave, Toronto, ON

111 Strachan is an upcoming condominium and townhouse development by Republic Developments, a Toronto-based builder helping to transform communities within the Greater Toronto Area. The project will replace a former gas station and mechanic shop with 314 new residential housing units while preserving a beautiful heritage building. This project will be located at 111 Strachan Avenue in Toronto. The major intersection is Strachan Avenue and King Street West.

This condo will be 13 stories tall and will house mixed condo units in studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom layouts. The estimated completion date for 111 Strachan Condos is still unknown.

Architecturally designed by IBI Group, the development aims to preserve the residential character of Strachan Avenue with townhouses at grade while also seeking to activate the laneways with laneway townhouses wrapping the rear of the building. The rehabilitated commercial building and the townhouse units proposed along Strachan Avenue will help to animate the streetscape, while the architecture provides a seamless transition from the King Street West corridor toward Trinity Bellwoods Park.
