12 Degrees is a beautiful condo and townhouse development with an eye-catching architectural design.
The BSäR Group of Companies, an award-winning real estate veteran who constructs bold and elegant structures that stand out in a sea of imitation, constructed this real estate project located at 15 Beverley St. in Toronto, ON. The development was completed in 2015.
The 12 Degrees building soars 11 storey-high with 96 well-designed units ranging in size from 587 to 1,150 square feet. CORE Architects, an international firm specializing in multi-residential, commercial, retail, entertainment, and interior design, oversaw the architectural aspect of this project, while Studio Munge curated the interior design.

As previously mentioned, the 12 Degrees condo in Toronto was built by the BSäR Group of Companies. The building’s pattern is similar to stacking toy blocks, with one of the pieces slanted at 12 degrees from the others. It is fitting for a mixed-use residential area when the city block contains both the Art Gallery of Ontario and the Ontario College of Art and Design.
It has a 9’0″ ceiling height in all units, creating an open-air concept with engineered hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling glass; certain suites will also have wide patios, and the top floor will include three penthouses.
In keeping with the project’s unique atmosphere, 12 degree kitchens have been designed by Studio Munge, with natural stone worktops, glass tile backsplashes, and appliances that will be hidden behind the panelling. The rooftop of the building features a BBQ area, a cabana lounge, and an outdoor pool, as well as ideal downtown views.
It also provides three levels of subterranean parking, totalling 70 resident parking spots and six visitor spaces.
