The property developer in charge of this condominium project, Altree Development, intends for 54 Glen Everest Road Condos to have a modern architectural style and a diverse array of unit options for singles, couples, and growing families. The condo will have 14,498 square feet of amenity area, which will be evenly divided between indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
Residents will have access to indoor amenity areas at levels 6 and 7, as well as fitness equipment and sports equipment.
