To develop a community from the ground up requires more than buildings and mortar; it need people, and they put people at the heart of all they do. Therefore, while picking a project’s location, architect, and interior designer, they do not consider “the project” but rather the individuals who will ultimately call it home. They listen to the communities they are a part of in order to guarantee that they are strengthening the unique culture of each area. Due to this, their King West project is distinct from their Little Italy project, and you will feel at home with them regardless of your lifestyle.
