Artists’ Alley Phase 2, located at 234 Simcoe Street, is a high-rise condominium development by Lanterra Developments Ltd., one of Toronto’s most prominent and reputable real estate developers.

Hariri Pontarini Architects designed Artists’ Alley 2 Condos, which include interior design by Studio Munge. The glass-panelled 36-story structure includes 310 units, adding a sparkling, contemporary touch to the area. The units in this condo will range in size from 1,010 to 1,128 square feet, with a variety of floorplans and layouts and a ceiling height of 9″. The project was completed in 2022.
