The Bayview Village Condos are a new condo community. It is located at the intersection of Shepperd and Bayview in North York. The redevelopment of North York’s Bayview Village Shopping Centre by QuadReal (a subsidiary of bcIMC). Planned are multiple towers and midrise residential buildings designed by Hariri Pontarini and DIALOG, with public spaces designed by Janet Rosenberg + Studio.Designed structures with over one thousand residential units and new mall space.

Bayview Village Condos is a new condo development in pre-construction by QuadReal. North York’s Bayview Village Condos will be located at 2901 Bayview Avenue.

Condos in Bayview Village has two 28- and 33-story mixed-use buildings with 760 residential apartments and 4,881 m2 of commercial space on the south side of the property, as well as a five-story parking garage
These two buildings would have a prominent presence along the site's Sheppard Avenue frontage, blending the mall's existing setting into its surroundings
A single 19-story tower and two 6-story mid-rises on the mall's north side would add 372 residential apartments to the property
Be connected to the current mall by an 8,796 m2 expansion
