Birchaus Residences, a new mixed-use mid-rise condominium in Toronto, will be constructed by Altree Developments. This nine-story pre-construction project featuring 240 residential units is situated in the Birch Cliff neighborhood at 1615 Kingston Road, in the southeast corner of Warden Avenue and Kingston Road.

Southern Scarborough will soon be home to a new condominium development, mere minutes from the picturesque waterfront.
