Neighborhood

Boutique Condos is a completed condominium development in Toronto’s Waterfront Communities-The Island neighbourhood, offering a perfect walk and transit score. The area is known for its abundance of attractions, including big-box stores, restaurants, cafes, pubs, event centres, theatres, universities, and transit links. The condo’s proximity to the CF Toronto Eaton Centre, the busiest shopping mall in North America, benefits residents and investors.

Outdoorsy residents will also be able to find plenty of green spaces surrounding their homes. The recently renovated Grange Park takes around 12 minutes to reach on foot; other parks include Cow Park, Larry Sefton Park, and McCaul-Order Park.

Transportation

With major transit services available within walking distance, regular commuters will enjoy hassle-free travel around the city from Boutique Condos. Osgoode Station and St. Andrew Subway Station are just a short walk away. Major TTC bus routes such as 501 Queen, Line 1 Yonge-University, 304 King, and others are available at the doorstep.

For motorists, the Gardiner Expressway via York Street is just a 2-minute drive away—a fast-paced highway that traverses the southern edge of the city. Those who need air travel can get to Billy Bishop Airport in just a 9-minute drive or to Toronto Pearson International Airport in 20 minutes.

Education

Another aspect luring families and students to this region is the neighbourhood’s abundance of schools, many of which are within walking or driving distance. For post-secondary students, the condominium is also an ideal off-campus housing alternative. The prestigious University of Toronto campus is around 8 minutes away, which makes Boutique Condos an excellent off-campus living option.

Furthermore, this Toronto neighbourhood has a stable condo market, which means that condo owners may make a solid investment by investing in potentially decent rental spaces.

Developer

Since 1996, when Urban Capital started constructing the 48-unit Camden Lofts, these have been the company’s guiding principles. This proposal, situated on dusty Camden Street in the then-depleted Fashion District west of downtown Toronto, broke the city’s development standards. Camden’s urban living necessitates a measure of volume rather than an area measure. The development was based on the idea that deindustrialized urban areas could be revitalized as viable metropolitan hubs. It is possible for urban condominiums with a focus on design to compete with suburban homes, and there are some who want more.
West Development was founded in 2016 by entrepreneur Gareth West. Gareth West has had repeated success in identifying depressed real estate markets and finding lucrative opportunities in immovables. Starting from the ground up, Gareth began by flipping homes over 20 years ago. Shortly after the 2008 financial crisis decimated real estate values in the South, he raised funds for the purchase of a portfolio of residential homes outside the Atlanta area, which he sold in 2014. West Developments was established the following year in Montreal. With many residential builds now under his belt, his intention is to apply the same attention to detail and standards of construction to both multi-unit residential and commercial projects.
Inspired by sleek modern architecture and an advanced urban lifestyle, ALIT Developments is a leader in the creation of high-quality living spaces for today’s discerning customers. ALIT applies almost a decade of solid expertise to every new project they tackle, using their highly developed urban planning and residential construction design skills. Past projects include the wildly popular St. Andrew on the Green in Etobicoke, Waterparkcity on Toronto’s waterfront, and the newly finished first stages of Murano and Boutique in the heart of downtown Toronto. ALIT is committed to design-driven development and continues to do great work on every project it takes on.
Malibu Investments Inc. is a Toronto-based real estate development company. Although they are a relatively young constructor in the area, they have already shown their value. They consider design and aesthetics in everything that they do, which is why they have taken such outstanding measures to improve the city. They have achieved success by always focusing on the future. They do this by constructing their projects using the industry’s most advanced and cutting-edge materials and construction techniques.
This developer has worked in the city for 10 years. During this period, they have completed an astounding amount of projects. By supplying 3,500 individual units, they have already had an influence on the population density of the Greater Toronto Area.
