On the ground floor, 519 square metres of outdoor amenity space will include wonderful getaways for residents to enjoy. The 324 well-designed units will include a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom layouts and will cater to different kinds of lifestyles.
Although no additional information about the amenities has been released yet, based on the developer’s prior projects, homebuyers may expect first-rate amenities. Residents may expect to be greeted by a 24-hour concierge who will cater to their requirements, fitness, co-working lounge, and many others. The project proposes to construct 251 parking spaces spread across 5 underground floors, with 33 of those spaces designated as guest spaces. Furthermore, 245 bicycle parking spaces are suggested, including 222 for residents and 23 for guests.
