Citywalk Towns is being developed by Metropia. It’s currently being built at 1856 Notion Rd., Pickering, ON. The project will have 130 spacious family-sized residences. The floor plan offers a three-bedroom layout and will have a ceiling height ranging from 8′ 0″ to 9′ 0″. The development is estimated to be completed in 2022.

Citywalk Towns is a new townhome development coming to Pickering. Metropia has conceptualized and plans to build the property with a total of 130 spacious family-sized houses. It will offer contemporary design, wide open-concept homes, and a home office, starting at 1,800 square feet.
The complex will have a modern architectural design with a harmonic blend of light and dark-tone brick framings around each window and balcony. Back-to-back townhomes with an optional rooftop terrace will also be available, as will regular townhomes with an optional rooftop terrace.
The homes will have wide, open-concept layouts with backyards on the ground level. There are outdoor terraces on the top floors, making them suitable for young couples or growing families. The building’s amenities will include air conditioning, designer paver stones on driveways and roadways, extended kitchen uppers, granite countertops, ceramic backsplashes in kitchens, stainless steel appliance packages, and a natural finish oak staircase. It will feature 9-foot ceilings on the main floor, 8-foot ceilings on the ground level, and 10-foot ceilings on the second floor.
CityWalk Townhomes will have pedestrian-friendly roadways that allow residents to move about the complex quickly and effortlessly. There will also be a park in the centre of the complex and recreational paths that transport residents through nature preserves. It would also provide residents with garage doors and up to two parking spaces on each property.
