Capital Developments is now in the pre-construction phase of the new Collier & Park Condominiums. Collier & Park’s architect was created by Diamond Schmitt Architects. The new development in Toronto will be located at 717 Church Street. Church Street and Yonge Street constitute an important intersection.

Collier & Park Condos will be a 27-story building with 270 condos of several sorts. There will be a mix of apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms. The projected completion date for Collier & Park Condos is approximately 2025.
