Exchange District Condos 2, a new condo development designed by IBI Group for Camrost Felcorp, is currently in construction at 151 City Centre Drive, in Mississauga, ON. The major intersection is Burnhamthorpe Road East and Hurontario Street. The development is scheduled for completion in 2024.

This development is a 42-storey building with a total of 395 units. The units will be a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Units will range from 620 square feet to about 1,053 square feet.

This new community will be on a 3-acre site that will include condominiums, a new hotel, retail, restaurants, offices, and a public square.
