Exhibit Residences, a spectacular collection of limited-edition suites with sweeping views and wrap-around balconies, has Risen Above All!

This magnificent condominium building was created via the collaboration of two of Canada’s most well-known developers, Bazis Inc., Metropia, and Plaza. They provide high-quality materials, and homebuyers have always anticipated nothing but the best products and services. This project was completed in 2017 and is located at 200 Bloor St. W. in Toronto, ON.

With its 200 flats and 32-story height, Exhibit Residences is distinguished by relentless craftsmanship and an eye for detail. This project is designed to reflect the purity of the exterior facade with timeless simplicity. The architectural firm of Rosario Varacalli Architect did the architectural aspect of this project, and interior designer Burdifilek curated the interior design for this luxurious condominium.

Each of the four cubes of the exhibit stands on its own, showing off a different limited edition collection and showcasing its unique advantages, boasting a 9’0″ ceiling height in the main living areas of the condominium.
