Flaire Condos has grown in Don Mills, resembling modern space-age architecture!

The FRAM Building Group and Cadillac Fairview Corporation have teamed up to build one of Toronto’s most spectacular open-air towns, complete with restaurants, high-end retail, culture, and entertainment centred on Town Square. Flaire Condos, situated at 99 The Donway West in Toronto, Ontario, were completed in 2017.

The 11-story structure houses 297 contemporary and visually beautiful flats linked by a four-story podium. The floorplan included one-to-two-bedroom layouts with superb ceiling heights ranging from 9’0″ to 10’0″, giving the building an open-air feeling. Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. designed the architectural design for this condominium complex, while Studio Munge handled the interior design of this exquisite project.
