An exciting new development is taking shape in the heart of Waterloo!
Flex Condos is an upcoming condo project by an award-winning developer, Domus Developments, and is currently in the pre-construction phase. It is located at 458 Tamarack Drive in Waterloo, Ontario. The major crossroads are King Street North and Columbia Street West. The estimated completion date for Flex Condos is still unknown.
This boutique condo project will be a 6-story tower with 73 mixed-use condo units. Units will be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts.
