Amenities

Lakeside Condos offers remarkable architecture and one of the city’s most revolutionary waterfront nooks designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, a visionary Toronto-based architectural practice known for some of the world’s most high-end condominiums, residences, and cultural institutions.

The Lakeside Residences will be 49 floors high and will occupy the eastern section of the site. The design will complement its sister building, Lakeside Lake Suites, which will soar 39 stories. The buildings will be connected by a common podium that will serve as a sculptural feature. These towers are inspired by the two sails of a sailboat, which feature gently curved exteriors and appear to capture the wind. The western portion of the land will have a combination of townhouses and mid-rise structures, as well as potential retail or commercial space.
