High-rise condo in Mississauga
Lakeview Village Condos is a new Mississauga condominium construction project. This pre-construction project is situated in South-East Mississauga at 800 Hydro Road. This 177-acre Master-Planned Community will have between 5,000 and 7,000 new residences, including townhouses and mid-rise structures. Riders will be carried rapidly around the city and will be able to easily connect to local GO stations and TTC streetcar lines, enabling them to reach downtown Toronto in under thirty minutes. The nearby Port Credit GO station will provide access to the Hurontario LRT, which will take passengers north through Mississauga and into Brampton. With several main thoroughfares in the region, including Highways 427 and the QEW, travelers will be able to move around the region without difficulty and rapidly connect to other GTA highways. Using the Gardiner Expressway to reach downtown Toronto will take slightly under twenty minutes.
The goal is to build transportation that will allow residents to get to school or work without driving a car. Both Lakeshore Rd. and the QEW are adjacent to the upcoming development and will provide motorists with a quick path from point A to point B.

The Waterway Common, a second unique center, is located in close proximity to the neighborhood’s heart. This urban park has an artificial stream and surrounds the whole complex. The lake will function as a year-round gathering place and an ice skating rink during the winter months. Future educational applications may be included in the Serson Innovation Corridor, which will serve as the principal employment hub. The planned work space in this area is 825,000 square feet. Inspiration Point will be a park along the shore with a 60-meter-long pier extending into Lake Ontario. There will be public art space, an outdoor music venue, and cultural pop-ups in the park.
