Le Sherbrooke Condos, Broccolini’s latest condo development, is now in the pre-construction phase. NEUF Architects designed the architect for Le Sherbrooke. Le Sherbrooke by Broccolini will consist of a 25-story tower with a setback and a 4-story gatehouse with 562 condo units with a variety of uses.
