This project will be developed by Brivia Group, a recognized real estate developer and investor with an expanding property portfolio of outstanding projects. The structure is still in the preconstruction phase at 1000 Chemin des Voyageurs in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, and is expected to be finished in 2024.

L’Hymne Des Trembles is located in Mont-Tremblant. It is a municipality in the Canadian province of Québec, located northwest of Montréal in the Laurentian Mountains. This neighbourhood is well known for its ski resort, the Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort, which is located seven kilometres from the settlement proper, at the base of Mont Tremblant.
Even though this location is car-dependent, people may drive to various urban facilities in the neighbourhood in a matter of minutes. Restaurants, theatres, hospitals, retail malls, cafes, schools, and other amenities are available to residents.
The location necessitates the need for a vehicle to get about the neighbourhood. Commuters may still get to bus stops like Du Village & Cachée, Labelle & Saint-Roch, and Labelle, all of which are less than a 26-minute drive away.
The development maximizes time on the slopes by constructing a ski-in, ski-out system with the construction of a new ski line and Doppelmayr Quad lift. This is intended to provide inhabitants with direct and preferred access to the slopes of L’Hymne des Trembles as well as the neighbouring trails of Tremblant resort and Mont-Tremblant National Park.
The area is ideal for growing families with school-aged children. Families in the neighbourhood can choose from several schools, including School Sunflower-CS Des Laurentides and École Polyvalente Curé-Mercure.
Ste Croix College, which is approximately a 15-minute drive away, is the closest college school in the vicinity.
This neighbourhood is also surrounded by shopping districts where necessities can be purchased. Factoreries Tremblant, which is approximately a 16-minute drive away, is one of the best shopping malls nearby. It is a fantastic store to shop for any necessary items and also serves really good coffee.
The area is well known for its ski resorts. Residents may ski at Ski de Fond Mont-Tremblant in addition to the famed Mont-Tremblant Resort. These resorts are ideal for everyone, whether you’re a pro or a beginner. During the summer, golfers can play at some of the best courses in the area, including Golf Le Geant and Golf Manitou.
Brivia Group will build a condominium and townhouse project, L’Hymne des Trembles. The three-story structure will house 64 magnificent residences, with options for mountain houses, mountain townhomes, and mountain condominiums.
These new houses are remarkable residences that have been designed innovatively. To maximize your time on the slopes, a Doppelmayr Ski Lift will connect everyone to the slopes of L’Hymne des Trembles as well as the surrounding trails of Tremblant Resort and Mont-Tremblant National Park. There will also be a shuttle service to South Side Village.
There will also be a thermal spa experience, an outdoor pool, a gas or wood stove, and outdoor heaters. Although there is no further information about the building’s amenities, occupants can expect top-notch amenities from the developer.
