This stunning project was built by two of the most well-known land development companies, FRAM Building Group and Cadillac Fairview Corporation, both of which are known for delivering long-term quality and durability in all of their real estate projects. It rises 14 floors tall and has 175 spacious homes with unit sizes ranging from 410 to 1,245 square feet, designed in a popular international style. The architectural aspect of this project was handled by Giannone Petricone Associates Inc., while the interior design was curated by Mike Niven Interior Design Inc., a premium firm focused on cutting-edge residential, commercial, and hospitality design.
