Trolleybus Urban Development Inc. is an award-winning company dedicated to the development of sustainable housing while highlighting its values of maintaining respect and complete transparency for everybody. Locust condos is their most recent project now under pre-construction in Toronto’s Mount Dennis district, at 8 Locust Street between Weston Road and Eglinton Avenue.

This project was created by WZMH Architects, and it is intended for residential use only. This skyscraper will be 35 floors tall and include 372 apartments of varying sizes, making it appropriate for any lifestyle. In addition, this 35-story high-rise will be constructed on a variable-height podium. Two floors will rise to the east and north, three stories to the south, and three to four stories to the west of the platform.

Residents will also have access to the Weston GO Station, which will be served by the Kitchener GO Line and the Union Pearson Express.
